This study aims to analyze the effect of working environment and incentives on employee productivity in the Palm Oil Mill (PKS) of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV of the Batu Asahan Water Gardens.

Methodology

The coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained was 78.8%, indicating that 78.8% of the variations in employee work productivity can be explained by the work environment and incentive variables, while the remaining 21.2% is explained by other factors.
