The CRM department usually uses direct communication strategies, such as SMS or telephone, to offer additional bonuses and maintain customers. However, this approach is often ineffective because the offer is sometimes given to loyal customers who do not have the intention to switch. As a result, the company actually lost money by giving bonuses that were not on target.

This study uses the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm to predict the call plan of Churn on cellular phone users in the United States.
