The weighting results were then normalized to calculate the final score of logistics performance.

Results

The final logistics performance score was 60,132, which falls within the average performance category. Further analysis using the Traffic Light System method shows that 8 out of 18 KPIs are in the red category, indicating that these indicators require urgent improvement suggestions.
