The results of the study revealed the important role of DPMD in improving the performance of BUMDes in North Labuhanbatu Regency. The training, assistance, and coaching programs provided by DPMD have proven effective in increasing the knowledge, skills, and motivation of BUMDes managers, which in turn has improved the performance of BUMDes in running their business.
