This figure shows that there is a significant relationship between the implementation of the principle of responsiveness and employee performance. Because the value of t-count is greater than the R-table, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (ha) is accepted. This means that there is a positive influence between employee responsiveness on improving their performance.
