In a study conducted by Sinta Febriana Tarigan (2010), under the guidance of Dra. Ramona Ri Hasibuan, MP and other examiners, examined the influence of leadership on employee work discipline at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Medan. The study used a descriptive and quantitative method, collecting primary and secondary data through interviews, distribution of questionnaires, and documentation studies.
