Furthermore, this study found that pharmacies with medium income categories experienced the highest increase in revenue, namely 45.86%, followed by pharmacies with low and high incomes of 31.44% and 16.25%, respectively. This indicates that the application of telepharmacy is not only beneficial for patients but can also improve the economic performance of pharmacies, especially in middle-income communities.
