This study focuses on the use of carbonate lime as an additional material for the stabilization of clay soil, with the main objective to determine the value of the property index, atterberg value, standard density value, California bearing ratio (CBR) value, and the results of free compression tests, UCT.

The test results show that the Non-submerged Laboratory CBR value in the original soil is 6.29%, while the UCT value in the original soil reaches 1.42 kg/cm².

The CBR value for 12% carbonate lime variation reaches 11.46%, indicating an increase in the carrying capacity of the soil.
