The Experience of Nurses Consuming Milk and Ginger to Increase Body Immunity in the Pandemic Covid-19 in the Hospital Room of the University of North Sumatra

Introduction

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including the health of healthcare workers. Nurses at the University of North Sumatra Hospital play a crucial role in caring for infected children, and it is essential for them to maintain their physical and mental health to remain fit in carrying out their tasks. In this challenging situation, some nurses have turned to milk consumption and ginger herbs as an effort to increase their body's immunity. This study aimed to explore the experience of nurses related to milk consumption and ginger herbs, and to identify the benefits and challenges associated with this practice.

Methodology

A qualitative study was conducted using a descriptive phenomenological approach to collect and analyze data.
