To facilitate and improve the efficiency of this process, this research focuses on the development of integrated red chili drying and grinding devices. The design of these tools aims to optimize the process of processing red chili, resulting in a high-quality product with improved efficiency and competitiveness in the market.

Background of Red Chili Processing

Red chili is one of the most widely consumed spices in the world, and its processing is a critical step in producing quality products. The processing of red chili involves several stages, including drying, grinding, and packaging. However, the traditional methods of processing red chili are often time-consuming, labor-intensive, and energy-inefficient. The hot air is then distributed to the drying room for the dehydration process. The rotation speed of the driving knife without a load reaches 11,000 rpm, ensuring an effective milling process.
