By using the census method, all officials in this population are used as samples to ensure comprehensive representation. Data was analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) version 3.0 method, which allows researchers to measure the relationship between variables more efficiently.

The results showed that each factor was analyzed, namely the application of government accounting standards, the quality of human resources, the application of internal control systems, the use of information technology, and leadership commitment, significantly affect the quality of the financial statements of the Langkat Regency Government.
