This study aims to identify the differences in the level of attachment between generation X and Y employees in the PLN of the North Sumatra Region Main Unit.

Methodology

This study involved 185 employees, consisting of 91 generation X employees and 94 Y generation employees, in the PLN region. A quantitative method was used to collect data through the scale of employee attachment, which was arranged based on aspects of vigor, dedication, and absorption. An independent sample t-test analysis was used to analyze the collected data. The results showed a significance value of 0.000 and T count of -3,749, indicating a significant difference between the attachment of employees of generations X and Y, with generation X obtaining a higher average score.
